The quality is good, but for a medium bust the straps are not strong enough. I recommend putting an option on the straps to shorten and lengthen.

This is, by far, the best sports bra I have ever worn. I have purchased many from Lululemon and some from Aritzia and Amazon. This bra doesn’t roll up at all and is so super comfortable.
