Nice material, elastic top makes peeing harder than it should be

Pants are of nice material. Fits a bit snug. Two complaints: 1) Elastic is so tight, it makes going to the bathroom a little more challenging then one would expect and 2) There is no near ‘wallet pocket’/rear pocket on right side (not left).
