How can I cancel or change my order?

Sorry, we will arrange to ship once your order, so it is a pity that you can't cancel the order. If unsuitable after receiving the product, you could return the product.

 

I forgot to add an item to my order,can I make a change before it ships?

Once your order has been completed, the order will be moved to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items. 

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

If I don’t have enough money on the Gift Card to cover my online purchase, can I combine it with other payment methods?

Yes. You can combine Gift Cards with other available payments.

How do I check the balance and transaction history on my gift card?

After checkout, the digital gift card code will be sent via email. 

Opt to click "Add to Apple Wallet" button in email adding the card to your Apple Wallet.

You can check the balance yourself in your Apple Wallet or contact us with the last four digits of your card and we can resend the balance to your original email.

Do Gift Cards expire?
