Would be 5 star if there was some or any give in the waist

Lightweight and can be dressed up or down. They are very light weight so would be fine on a hot day. My issue is the waist. If the pants had a more relaxed waist they would have been perfect.
I seem to be in-between sizes. In jeans I’m a 36 waist but these 36 were too tight, not close to my jeans fit. The company was great in sending me a pair in the next size but these were too loose and a belt just bunched them up. The company (Crz yoga) is 5 stars, these golf pants are not.
