These shorts are perfect for my HIIT workouts. They stay in place and are medium compression. Definitely more affordable than other brands but still giving great quality. Hopefully they bring out more prints!
I have 3 pairs of the yoga shorts. I enjoy wearing them to the gym on my lifting days. They are comfortable and I like the way the waist band fits.
